It was a pleasure working with Joel from Catchin’ Flights. We had a large corporate event in which we needed the help of an agent to coordinate and plan our flights and transfers to a resort from all over Canada and Joel made the whole process seamless. Joel is an absolute gem!! I first spoke to him in November 2023 when planning my best friend’s bachelorette. I had already spoken to two other travel agents prior to our phone call. Right off the bat, his mannerisms stood out to me. The other two agents were strictly business – they listed potential all-inclusive resorts and prices the bridal party would be interested in based on the locations I provided. In contrast, Joel was more personal. He asked pertinent questions regarding the girls before suggesting potential destinations, which I appreciated. Furthermore, Joel is very knowledgeable. He continued communicating with me over the months and gave me a list of excursions the bridal party would be interested in. Joel also helped us book our excursion tickets and even had a driver we could use in Jamaica. Moreover, he made us an itinerary, which made travelling so much more methodical. Joel was very accessible during the trip. He continuously checked in to ensure the girls and I were having a blast, and when we encountered any issues, he responded and ensured our concerns were resolved promptly. I’ve already thanked him, but thank you so much for all you do, Joel!! The girls and I absolutely loved Jamaica. I highly recommend Joel and will definitely be contacting him the next time I travel.
